1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup quick oats
1 cup crushed cornflakes
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together oil, egg, vanilla, sugars and butter. Mix flour, soda, and salt together and then combine with creamed mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake at 325 for 12-15 minutes or until light brown. Enjoy!

Sometimes I leave out the nuts or coconut if I know that the recipients don't care for these ingredients. It doesn't seem to adversely affect the recipe.
