15 ounces of water.
4 lbs. of ground beef,veal,pork mix.
28oz. can of crushed tomatoes.
1 small onion diced small.
3/4 cup of Italian bread crumbs.
1 clove of garlic cut into small pieces.
1/8 teaspoon of basil.
1/8 teaspoon of dried or fresh parsley.
1/8 teaspoon of salt approximately.
1/8 teaspoon of black pepper.
2 tablespoons of olive oil.
cookie sheet approximately 14 inches for mixing.
Baking Dish approximately 14 inches x 91/2 x 2 inches.

Flatten out Meatloaf mix in cookie sheet.
Add 1/2 of the bread crumbs and the rest of the ingredients (except for the Olive Oil, the crushed tomatoes and the Water.) Mix well then flatten out again and add rest of Bread Crumbs and mix well.
Form into a Loaf.
Add 15 ounces of Water and Olive Oil to Baking Dish.
Place Loaf in baking dish.
Pour can of Crushed Tomatoes over Loaf and cover with Tin Foil.
Heat oven to 375 place pan in oven and cook for 45 minutes, remove tinfoil and cook for another Hour..

Serve with Mashed Potato's and Corn.
