1 c. Mahatma Rice (uncooked)
1/2 Stick margarine
2 cans Beef Consomme

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350.Melt butter in a skillet.
Add uncooked rice to butter and brown slightly.
Place rice into casserole dish; add the 2 cans of soup.Cover and bake 45 minutes.
