1 1/2 lb Ground chuck
5 drops Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. ketchup
2 lg. eggs
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
2 c. mashed potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 325║Brown ground chuck and drain grease.Stir in remaining ingredients except potatoes.Place meat mixture into casserole dish.Top with potatoes.Bake 30 minutes.(last 5 minutes can add cheese on top).
