4 large sliced potatoes
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. oats
1 small can of condensed milk
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix together meat, oats, milk, onion and 1/3 of soup in a bowl. Place potatoes in a casserole dish and pour meat misture over the potatoes. Pour the remainder of the soup over and baked covered for 1 hour and uncovered for 15 minutes.
