6-7 large potatoes, diced
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
4 c. milk
1/2 to 3/4 pkg. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes, drain and set aside. Combine onion and soups and heat slowly. Add milk and cheese. After cheese is melted, add precooked potatoes and heat through.
