2/3 C. Sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 Tlb Cornstarch
1 /12 Tlb Flour
3 C. milk
3/4 C Coconut
3 egg yolks - beaten
1 Tlb butter
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, salt and cornstarch and milk in top of double boiler. Add Coconut. Cook over low heat until thick. Beat egg yolks. Stir small amount of hot mixture into eggs. Pour back into pan and cook until thick. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla.

Pour into baked pie shell. Add topping.
