1 small piece tofu
1 tsp wood ear mushrooms
t tsp black mushrooms
2 to 3 bamboo shoots
2 oz chicken meat
5 cups chicken stock
1 beaten egg

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into 2" strips. Add 1 tsp cooking wine, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp white pepper & 1 tsp cornstarch & mix thoroughly.
Bring soup stock to a boil. Add wood ear & bamboo shoots. Simmer for 10 mins. Add 2 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp chili powder & 1/4 tsp MSG. Cook for a minute. Add chicken strips, stir & cook for 2 mins. Add tofu & mix well.
Mix together 2 tsp cornstarch in 1/4 c water. Add to soup & stir slowly until thickened. Add a few drops of sesame oil & 1 beaten egg.
