1 1/2 lb. sirloin beef strips
flour, salt, and pepper
2 T. oil
1 can beef consomme
3 T. worcestershire sauce
3 T. ketchup
2 T. dry mustard
1 can mushroom
1/2 pint sour cream
rice or egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Salt, pepper, and flour beef strips. Brown in oil. Simmer beef, consomme, worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and dry mustard together for 2 hours. Add mushrooms and simmer 15 minutes. Just before serving add sour cream. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
