1 C. butter or marg
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 2/3 c. flour
2 tsp cream of tarter
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

May need to double this: 2 Tbs. sugar
1 tsp cinammon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugar. Add eggs & vanilla...blend well.
Sift flour, tarter, soda & salt. Add to creamed mixture. Roll dough the size of a walnut. Mix cinammon & sugar together. Roll cookie in mixture. Place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 400 8-10 minutes.
