1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. melted butter
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
2 c. sliced strawberries
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, brown sugar, nuts, and butter together. Crumble onto a shallow pan or cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 min. Stir occasionally. Combine, egg whites, sugar, berries, and lemon juice. Beat at high speed about 10 min. Whip the cream; fold in mixture. Sprinkle 2/3 of crumbs in 13x9" pan. Spoon cream mixture over crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs. Freeze at least 6 hours before serving.
