16 oz Green Cherries
16 oz Red Cherries
1 C. Flake Coconut
8 oz pineapple
15 oz white raisins
small jar clover honey
2 oz pure lemon flavoring
6 eggs
1 lb butter
4 Cups Flour
1 lb Pecans
2 Cups Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites & set aside. Mix butter, sugar, egg yolks together. Beat well. Add plain flour, lemon flavoring, beat well. Take 1/2 cup flour & flour bruit & nuts. Add creamed mixture to fruit & blend well. Add egg whites & bake in 300 oven for 2 1/2 hours. Take out & brush honey on & decorate if desired. Put back in oven & bake 1/2 hr longer.
