1 small onion
4 oz. green chilies
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1/3 tsp. cayenne pepper
2-3 cans northern white beans
3 c. chicken chopped
24 oz. chicken broth
2 c. Mexican cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dice up onion and garlic. Sauté onion in olive oil 2-3 minutes, then add garlic, green chilies, and spices. In soup pot, add chicken, beans, chicken broth, and stir in sauté mixture. Heat until soup is hot and stir in cheese before serving.
