4 lb Hamburger 2 t Mustard Seed 1/4 c Morton's Tender Quick Salt 2 T Liquid Smoke 1 t Coarse Ground Pepper 2 t Garlic Salt
First day mix well in large bowl, cover and refrigerate. Second and third day mix again and refrigerate. Fourth day form into 4 rolls about 2 1/2 inches across. Place rolls on broiler pan. bake in 225° oven for 4 hours.
