4 lb Stewing Chicken, Cooked
1 c Rice
2 c Chicken Broth
1/4 c Chicken Fat
4 c Celery, Diced
1/4 c Green Pepper, Chopped
1 sm Pimentos, Diced
2 cans Cream Of Mushroom Soup
2 cans Chicken Rice Soup

Remove chicken from bone; dice meat. cook rice in chicken broth. Melt
fat; brown celery and green pepper. Combine with chicken, cooked rice,
pimento and soups (not diluted). Spoon into 1 greased 4 quart casserole
or 2 smaller ones. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
