2 Eggs, or 4 Egg Yolks
1/2 c Sugar
1/4 t Salt
2 c Milk, scalded
1/2 t Vanilla
1 c Rice, cooked
1/2 c Raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar and salt slightly to mix. Stir in scalded milk. Add vanilla, rice and raisins. Pour into 1 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Set in pan of water 1 inch deep. Bake at 350 for 50 -60 minutes.
