1 egg yolk
1/2 lb. salted butter
confectioner's sugar

Directions:
Soften yeast in sour cream. Add flour, egg yolk, and butter, and mix well. Divide dough in half. Roll out each portion on lightly floured board to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into rounds with 1 1/2 to 2 inch cookie cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Make dent in center of each round with your finger. Place about 1 tsp. filling on each. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes (or less!) until done. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Personal Notes:
If you cannot find a small cake yeast, purchase a large one and cut about 3/4 inch off to use in this recipe.
