1/2 c margarine
1/2 c + 1 T sugar

2 T yeast (2 packages)

Directions:
Heat milk and margarine together slowly in small pan until margarine is melted. Pour into large mixing bowl to cool slightly. Add 1/2 c sugar, salt and eggs; mix. Add about 2 c flour to the milk mixture and stir well. Dissolve yeast and 1 T sugar in lukewarm water. Add to flour mixture. Add enough remaining flour to make a sticky dough (2 1/2-3 more cups). Place dough in a greased bowl, greased side up and let rise until doubled. Punch down. Dough may be shaped as desired and left to rise 45-50 minutes, or it may be covered and refrigerated overnight. If refrigerated, 3 hours before serving, remove from refrigerator and shape as desired. Let rise until doubled. Bake rolls in 375 oven 15-20 minutes. Makes 15-20 large rolls.
