1 lb. fresh Gulf shrimp, peeled, cleaned with tails on
5 cloves fresh garlic, chopped finely
1 T. red pepper flakes
1/3 c. fresh Italian parsley, chopped finely
1/2 c. Extra-virgin olive oil
1 gallon size Ziplock bag
pinch sea salt or regular salt

Take the grate on the grill and cover it with Reynolds Release foil. Fire up the grill using charcoal or gas heat. Place all the above ingredients in the Ziplock bag. Marinate for up to 2 days in an ice filled cooler. When ready to cook, skewer shrimp. Leave any extra marinade seasoning on shrimp, if possible. Place shrimp on foil-lined grill and cook 3 minutes on each side or until shrimp are pink.
