For each cup of gravy use:

2 Tlb. Grease or oil
2 Tlb. Flour
1 Cup Liquid (Chicken or Beef stock, milk, or water)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil, add flour and brown. When flour is nicely browned, add liquid. Bring to a low boil.

If you need more gravy, just double, triple, etc the above ingredients.
