1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 can pineapple slices - save juices
1 jar cherries
Pecans
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
I Melt butter in a large iron skillet. Then put brown sugar in pan & mix well. Arrange slices of pineapple, cherries, and pecans on bottom. II Whip yolks until light. Add sugar gradually, then add 5 Tlb. pineapple juice (can use 4 T pineapple juice & 1 T cherry juice). Now add flour, baking powder & salt. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour in skillet. Bake @ 375 for 30 to 35 min or longer.
