6 single chicken breasts

Melt one stick oleo in casserole dish. Salt, pepper, flour and paprika the breasts. Put in casserole & brown in oven for 30 min at 450 degrees. Remove from oven (drain off some butter) and add 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/3 can sherry and 2/3 can water.

Return to oven and cook 1 hour at 350 in a covered dish. Sprinkle slivered almonds or a can of onion rings on top (optional about 20 min before it is done) Serve each breast on rice with a little gray on top.
