2 cups Sifted Flour, 1/2 cup sifted confection sugar. 1 cup butter.

4 beaten eggs, 2 cups granulated sugar, 1/3 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup plain flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder.

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together the 2 c. flour and the conf sugar. Cut in butter until mixture clings together. Press into 9x 13 baking pan. Bake in 350 oven 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.....

Beat together eggs, gran. sugar and lemon juice. Sift together the 1/4c flour and the baking powder; stir into egg mixture. Pour over baked crust. Bake in 350 oven for 25 min...Sprinkle w/conf. sugar when cooled.
