3 pods hot pepper - remove seeds and chop...
1 1/2 cups chopped or ground sweet pepper...
5 cups sugar ...
1 1/2 cups vinegar...
1 bottle of liquid Pectin (Certo)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix peppers, sugar, vinegar...bring to a boil...let boil for 3 minutes...add pectin...Boil one to two minutes longer. Remove from heat and let set for 5 minutes. Put in small hot sterilized jars. (Baby food jars excellent for use)
