2 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Keeblerę vanilla wafers
Fruit pie filling of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and cream cheese. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well. Add vanilla and lemon juice. Use 2" aluminum foil midget baking cups. Remove inner papers, put a vanilla wafer, flat side down in each cup. Fill 2/3. Bake 15 minutes at 375║ on a large cookie sheet. Cool and top with pie filling of your choice. Makes 40.
