4 boneless chicken breasts, butterflyed open
1 lg. yellow onion, sliced thinly
1 zucchini, sliced rounds
2 plum tomatoes, diced
6 mushrooms, washed and sliced
Favorite chicken seasoning
1 small bottle Italian dressing
4 ziplock bags
4 Reynolds Hot Bags

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken into ziplock bags. Evenly divide vegetables into the bags. Sprinkle seasoning and 1/4 of the bottle of dressing into the bags. Marinate as long as two days in your cooler on ice. Place into foil packets. Carefully seal and grill over direct heat for at least 10 minutes. Turn over after 5 minutes of grilling.
