3 T. oleo
8 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. diced Velveeta cheese
2 T. diced chives

Directions:
Directions:
Melt oleo in microwave save dish. Beat eggs in separate bowl and add milk, salt, pepper, mustard, & cheese. Mircowave on 3/4 power for 6 to 7 minutes, stirring with fork halfway through cooking time and add chives. Stop cooking before they are too firly set. They set up when taken out of microwave.
