1 c. butter
1-1/2 c. coconut
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. flour
1 jar (18 oz) apricot preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar, add flour, then pecans and coconut. Press 3/4 of the mixture into an ungreased 10x15" jelly roll pan and bake 15 to 20 minutes.

Remove from oven and spread the apricot preserves over the top and crumble remaining nut mixture on top of the preserves. Bake 20 to 25 minutes more. Cut while warm.
