2 c sugar
1 c apricot nectar
1 can (17 oz) apricot halves in heavy syrup
4 c strained fresh orange juice
1/4 c strained fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and nectar in saucepan. Bring to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. Place undrained apricots in food processor or electric blender; whirl until apricots are pureed. Combine apricot nectar mixture, pureed apricots, orange juice and lemon juice in large bowl; stir to mix well. Freeze in manual or electric ice cream maker following manufacturer's directions. Pack into 2 (6) cup molds. Cover and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.
