1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 c milk
1 c karo light corn syrup
2 cups fresh fruit, such as cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon, peaches, pineapple, papaya, nectarines, blueberries or strawberries.

Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan sprinkle gelatin over milk. Stir over low heat until dissolved. Place in blender with fruit and syrup. Cover; blend on high speed 30 seconds. Pour into metal baking pan. Cover; freeze overnight. Soften slightly at room temperature. Spoon into large bowl. With mixer at low speed beat until smooth. Quickly pour into mold or freezer container. Cover; freeze.
