Dressing:
1/3 c orange juice
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp fresh cilantro
1 small clove garlic
1/4 tsp fennel seed
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
4 drops liquid red pepper
Salad:
2 lb green beans
3/4 lb carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beans and carrots 8 minutes-drain- rinse in cold water.
Dressing;
Combine in blender and blend for 2 minutes.
Serve warm or room temperature.
