1/2 of a 12 oz pkg jumbo shells, uncooked
2 tbsp butter
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1/3 c onion, minced
1/4 c celery, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 c sherry
1/3 c grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1/3 c dry bread crumbs
2 (14 oz) jars spaghetti sauce
2 c mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare jumbo shells according to package directions; drain. In large skillet, melt butter. Add beef and pork; cook until lightly browned. Add onion, celery and garlic; cook until tender. Remove from heat; stir in sherry, cheese, salt and bread crumbs. Cool mixture for 10 minutes. Stuff each shell with meat filling. Pour 1 jar spaghetti sauce in bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Arrange stuffed shells in dish. Pour remaining jar of sauce evenly over all. Top with cheese. Cover and bake in a 350 oven for 35 minutes.
