4 bone-in breasts of chicken
2 Tbsp melted butter
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
4 garlic cloves
1/4 cup parmasean cheese
1 cup bread crumbs (we like panco)
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Soak the breasts of chicken in the melted butter. Roll the chicken in parsley, garlic, parmasean cheese, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until brown and tender.
