1 10 1/2 oz. angel food cake, cut into 1" cubes
2 pkg. sugar free strawberry gelatine
2 c. boiling water
1 20oz. pkg. unsweetened strawberries, thawed
1 1/2 c. 1% milk
1 pkg. instant pudding, may use sugar free
1 8oz. carton lite Cool Whip

Arrange cubed cake in a single layer in a 9x13 glass dish. Dissolve gelatine in boiling water. Stir in strawberries. When cooled, pour over cake cubes, pressing down gently. Refrigerate until set at least 1 hour. In bowl, beat milk and pudding for 2 min. until it starts to thicken. Spoon over strawberries. Spread with whipped topping. Refrigerate.
