1 - 3 oz Lemon Gelatin
1 c Hot Water
1 can (2 1/2 c) Crushed Pineapple, drained; reserve liquid
1 T Lemon Juice or Vinegar
1 c Carrots, grated
1/3 c Nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Drain pineapple, reserving the liquid.
Add water to syrup to make 1 cup. Add to gelatin with lemon juice. Add
carrot, pineapple, and nuts. Chill until firm.
