4 med Apples, cored & cubed (leave on skin For color)
1/4 c Celery, chopped
1/4 c Raisins
1/2 c Nuts, chopped
1 T Lemon Juice
2 T Yogurt
2 T Mayonnaise
2 T Honey

Combine apples, celery, raisins and nuts. Mix together lemon juice,
yogurt, mayonnaise, honey and salt (if desired). Stir until well
blended. Add dressing to apple mixture, mix well, and serve on crisp
lettuce leaves.
