1 lg Cabbage, sliced
1 med Green Pepper, minced
1 med Sweet Onion, minced
1 Carrot, shredded
1 c Sugar
1 t Salt
1 t Celery Seed
1 t Dry Mustard
1 c Vinegar
2/3 c Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cabbage, green pepper, onion and carrot. Mix dressing ingredients. Let come to a boil. Pour over cabbage and toss well to mix. Cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
