4 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 beaten egg
3 Tbsp butter
1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
1/4 cup orange juice
1 lb container of cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, beaten egg, butter, pineapple juice and orange juice in boiler and cook until thick and creamy. Chill this mixture overnight. When ready to serve add the container of cool whip to the mixture and serve as the dip for a fruit tray.

This is a great dip to use on fruit trays for showers, weddings, etc. Especially good with tart fresh fruit
I sometimes get the pineapple juice by draining it from crushed pineapple. Then I use some of the pulp in the recipe as well.
