1 package of Italian sausage (six to eight pieces)
3 medium-sized sweet bell peppers
1 (15oz) can of tomato sauce
1/2 to 3/4 tomato sauce can of water
1 tsp. crushed oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Using a little oil, brown the sausage in a large skillet. After browning the sausage, add the tomato sauce, water and oregano. Cook covered for 45 minutes at a slow boil. Add sliced up green peppers, cover and cook until peppers are soft. (about 15 minutes) Serve on Italian rolls.
