Pork chops w/o fat or 1/2 chicken breast - pounded thin
Rice - instant
Tomatoes - canned pieces or diced - with juice!
Onion
Green pepper (optional)
Pinch of Herbs (or something similar for seasoning)
Pepper
Cheddar cheese shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops.
Put in oven proof dish.
Top each chop with 2 tablespoons of rice, 1 cup tomato pieces, onion slices, cut green pepper slices, seasoning to taste, and shredded cheese.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes.
Serve with a vegetable or green salad.
