1 Hen
1 Boston Butt or 6 pork chops
8 cans tomatoes
2 cans okra
5 cans corn
1 gal. (5 lb.) potatoes
3/4 lb. butter (less if hen is fat)
3/4 bottle Worchestershire Sauce
1 pt. butter beans
1 qt. onions

Directions:
Directions:
Cook hen and pork until tender; take from the bone and cut into fine bits. Add vegetables except potatoes and corn. Add potatoes and corn last, just before serving. (Cook and mash potatoes separately before adding to the mixture). Season with one tsp. of sugar and salt and pepper to taste.Cook in large pot or crock pot until blended.
