2 lbs fresh green beans
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
1 (6oz) can large pitted black olives, drained and halved
1 pt cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2 tsp greek dressing ( don't really need if you don't have)
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, cover beans w/ water and bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Plunge beans in ice water to stop cooking process. In large bowl combine beans, onion, olives and tomatoes. Set aside. In small bowl, whiski together olive oil and vinegar and greek dressing. Pour oil mixture over bean mixture. Chill. Sprinkle w/ feta before serving.
