8 large ripe tomatoes, cut into 1/2 inch dice
4 oz gorgonzola cheese, cut into 3/8 inch dice
2 medium red onion, cut into 1/4 inch dice
1/4 c fresh basil, julienned
2 tbsp light olive oil
4 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/8 tsp each; sugar, salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except basil garnish, tossing gently. Refrigerate 2 to 6 hours. Toss gently. Drain off excess liquid. Adjust seasoning before serving.
