3/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 cup Sweetcream butter (no salt)
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tsps. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together sugar and flour. Whisk together egg and milk, add to sugar and flour mixture. Pour into saucepan, on medium heat cook and stir until bubbly or custard consistency. Reduce heat and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and pour into a mixing bowl. With electric mixer, beat until smooth. Add butter, vanilla and powdered sugar. Beat until light and fluffy.
