1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c superfine sugar
2 squares semi sweet chocolate
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla or brandy
1 baked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together. Melt chocolate and add to butter mixture; then add egg 1 at a time, beat well after each addition. Keep beating until sugar is completely dissolved. Put into baked and cooled pie shell. Garnish with whipped cream if desired. Refrigerate
