1 egg, beaten
3/4 c sugar
2 tbsp flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 c diced raw unpeeled apples
1/2 c walnuts
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream egg and sugar; mix in flour, baking powder, salt and stir in apples and walnuts. Add vanilla. Bake in a buttered 9 inch pan at 350 for 35 minutes.
