2 sticks butter
12 oz cottage cheese (small curd)
2 c flour
Dash salt

ICING:
2 c powdered sugar
2 T butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 T milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and cottage cheese. Add flour and salt. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Divide dough in 3 parts. Roll each in a circle. Cut each circle in 12 wedges. Roll each wedge beginning at wide end to point. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350. Frost with butter horn icing.

ICING: Mix all ingredients together adjusting milk to desired thickness.
