1 bunch asparagus
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. dried or 2 T. fresh basil
1/2 lb. deli ham, sliced thin

Directions:
Directions:
Place asparagus in shallow dish. Add 1/2 cup water. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Drain. Combine vinegar, oil and basil. Pour over asparagus. Refrigerate 8 hrs. or overnight. Just before serving wrap each spear with ham.
