2 pkgs Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
16 oz cream cheese
1 egg, separated
3/4 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla

TOPPING:
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together cheese, egg yolk, sugar and vanilla. Spread one package of rolls on bottom of ungreased 9x12" pan. Pinch together seams of dough. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over rolls. Spread second package of rolls over top of cheese mixture. Beat egg white until stiff; brush on top. Sprinkle topping over second package of rolls. Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and cut into squares.
