4 lb chicken - cooked, boned and cut up
2 cups dry bread crumbs
1 cup rice (measure uncooked, then cook)
1 1/2 cups broth
1 1/2 cups milk
4 eggs beaten
2 tbsp chopped green pepper
1 tsp salt

1 can mushroom soup
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup flour
2 cups broth
1 tsp chopped parsley
1 tsp lemon juice

For casserole, combine all ingredients in 9x13 pan. Cover with foil and bake at 325 for 1 hour.
For gravy, combine all ingredients and cook until thick. Serve hot over chicken loaf.
